Although the process of flower delivery looks simple, it can be quite complicated. What can I order?

Although many flower delivery services also offer a selection of gifts, the choice of available gifts is often limited and depends on the location of your recipient. In big cities deliveries of almost all gifts and flowers can be arranged within a few hours. For remote locations you will want to budget 2-3 days and select non-perishable gifts or be ready to pay a custom delivery fee for personal deliveries of flowers, cakes etc. from the nearest regional center.

How soon can you deliver?

A delivery usually can be arranged right away providing:

·         You have the full contact information of the recipient (contact telephone number is a must)

·         Your recipient picks up the phone and is available for delivery

·         A delivery is simple and does not require shipping gifts from the other city (since it is impossible to keep stock in every city and town of Ukraine, gifts are often shipped from warehouse in Kiev or other big city)

How much is it going to cost for me to deliver a bouquet?

Costs of deliveries depend on the urgency and location of your recipient, usual range is from $0 to $25. Deliveries of perishable gifts (flowers, cakes etc.) to remote locations which require personal delivery can be costly as florists have to hire a taxi to deliver flowers.

If a delivery is free, it means that the price is built in the cost of the gift. Standard delivery is performed within 1-3 days at a reasonable price. If you want the flowers to be delivered on the same day, it can be done for a nominal increase in cost.

How can I pay? Is my credit card payment safe?

You can pay by either Western Union or credit card to most Ukrainian flower delivery services. Be careful when using the credit card processors in the former countries of the Soviet Union as many of them can be potentially unsafe. Make sure to check your credit card statements for any unauthorized transactions.





What information do I need to provide?

The basic information required for the delivery is the name, home address and phone number of the recipient. If you don’t have the home address of the receiver, a name and phone number will do just fine.
